    To officially reserve your wedding date, simply sign the photography contract and submit the retainer fee. Once these are completed, your date is locked in on the calendar!

    As the wedding approaches, we’ll work together on timeline planning, shot lists, and any special details to make sure everything runs smoothly on your big day.

    5. Wedding Day Coverage
    Relax and enjoy your celebration while we document the moments as they naturally unfold.

    6. Gallery Delivery
    After the wedding, your images are carefully curated and professionally edited before being delivered in a private online gallery where you can download and share them with friends and family. The full gallery is typically delivered within 6-8 weeks after your wedding day!

    Coverage typically ranges from partial-day coverage to full-day documentation, ensuring everything from getting ready through the reception can be captured. Many collections also include options such as engagement sessions and second photographers.

  • Yes, there is a 50% retainer fee. The fee secures your wedding date on my calendar and ensures that no other events are booked for that day. This retainer is non-refundable and applied directly toward your total balance. It officially reserves your date and allows me to begin preparing for your day — from timeline planning to location scouting and communication leading up to the wedding!

  • I don’t formally offer payment plans, but I also understand that every couple’s situation is different. While the standard structure is a 50% retainer at booking and the remaining balance due before your wedding day, I am always happy to have a conversation and find a solution that works best for you. My goal is to make sure the process feels stress-free and transparent from start to finish.

  • Your full wedding gallery will be delivered within 6 to 8 weeks after your big day. Madison takes time to carefully curate, edit, and refine each image so that every photo reflects the beauty and emotion of your wedding. You’ll receive a private online gallery where you can download, share, and print your photos. Don’t worry — I always send a few sneak peeks within the first week so you can relive the magic right away!
